Seema B.S. - Certified Yoga Therapist and Instructor

Seema B.S.

Seema B.S. was an IT professional turned practicing Yoga Therapist, founder of Swasthya Yoga Kendra (Affiliated to VYASA), and a Member of the Indian Yoga Association. She specializes in yoga therapy for all age groups, including children and patients with chronic conditions like Diabetes, Asthma, Depression, Anxiety, Thyroid, and Cancer.

Highlights:
  • Served as Yoga Teacher at NPS West, Bangalore & conducts Yoga Therapy Sessions for patients and special children.
  • Led corporate and academic yoga programs (Infosys, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, AIISH).
  • Offered therapeutic yoga sessions to patients based on doctor referrals in hospitals.
  • MSc in Yoga (Therapy) from SVYASA University, with a focus on cyclic meditation for caregivers.
  • Certified Yoga Instructor (YIC, YTTC) from S-VYASA University and Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.
  • Holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication.
  • Selected as a Commissioned Officer (Aeronautical Engineer) for the Indian Air Force.
